The City seeks a strategic, integrative leader to serve as Assistant City Manager. This role serves as a critical connector across departments, working closely with the City Manager to support key initiatives, coordinate City operations, and advance strategic priorities and projects. The ideal candidate will cultivate a positive and high-performing organizational culture. A bachelor’s degree and eight years of increasingly responsible administrative experience in municipal government, including three years of executive management serving as a senior-level management employee, department head, assistant city manager, or city manager of a smaller/similar agency, are required. A Master’s degree is highly desirable.
